Security & ownership
The entire database is encrypted with AES-256-GCM on disk. A stolen hard drive gives an attacker nothing readable.
Backups are single portable files — compressed and encrypted. Keep them on a pen drive, a NAS, or email them to yourself.
The counter operator sees billing. The accountant sees ledgers. Only the owner sees everything — enforced on the server, not just hidden in menus.
Multi-device cloud sync is opt-in. When enabled, your firm's data goes into its own isolated space — and your PC never holds cloud credentials.
